Lazarus Entertainment Group is seeking a qualified IT Systems Administrator in the Myrtle Beach, SC area. To thrive in this role, you must have strong worth ethic and possess the ability to problem solve, prioritize a workload, and manage time with efficiency. This position involves troubleshooting technologies used throughout day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment. Daily tasks include intermediate to advanced levels of IT work, administratively and operationally, using a broad assortment of technologies and an independent approach to overseeing workloads and implementing new projects.

Job requirements and responsibilities include:

• Provide PC and mobile device support throughout the entire organization
• Develop and maintain work procedures including Point of Sales support, project management, implementation, troubleshooting, systems support, and administrative device support
• Maintain POS workstations (software & hardware), administrative PC workstations, digital menu signage, arcade card systems, cashless payment systems, some audio video, and network/servers
• Assist 3rd party IT Support in maintaining servers and networks
• Create and maintain user accounts for systems
• Perform diagnostics and regular maintenance on systems
• Take the lead on technologies projects from start to finish including planning, implementation, and maintaining in a fast-paced work environment
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technologies
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize workload, analyze/troubleshoot problems as they arise, and efficiently manage time
• Work flexible hours and be on call when needed, including nights and weekends
• Minimum 2-3 years IT experience. Point of Sale and/or Amusement Park and Attractions Industry is a plus
